Jodi and Paul are expecting a baby in a few weeks which is the perfect time to capture Jodi’s adorable baby bump. After exploring their neighborhood a bit, we headed over to a secret park in China town and found some fantastic backdrops. Jodi and Paul, we’re so excited to meet the new addition to your family!
I was honored to be invited to photograph Kristina and Raj’s sweet, summer backyard wedding ceremony. It was an intimate occasion with 6 guests but very special for the bride and groom. The event was extra special with Kristina’s family attending from Ohio and Raj’s parents making a trip to from their home in India.

Justin and Nancy celebrated their one year anniversary with a Bridal portrait session at Northwestern University, their alma mater and the place they fell in love. Nancy wore Justin’s grandmother’s Summer-y wedding dress for the occasion which made this session extra special. For an Evanston Wedding Photographer, Northwestern’s campus is an incredibly beautiful location for portraits with endless amount of character and charm. Justin and Nancy were so natural and gracious in front of the camera making this a perfect evening session.

This is my favorite image from their session, I love the Victorian elegance of this secret stone stairway we found leading to a quiet garden.
The Christmas tree lot was the perfect place to get a little creative for this Winter photo session. The trailer at this tree lot added some classic kitsch to classic Christmas scene and we had a blast chasing Deacon around the trees.
As a Libertyville family photographer, I love the opportunity to photograph families as they grow and change. Check out the previous session we shot before Deacon could walk.
This was a quick 15 minute session in Long Grove, but Joel, Laura and Cyrus were ready to work it and we couldn’t lose. Every shot seemed perfect! Cyrus’ cool cap matched his daddy’s and he was sporting the coolest wool winter coat that made him look like a smart little man. This is a perfect example of how clothing with texture adds so much character to images.
